My New Teaching Blog

Hello everyone!
I am proud to announce that I have just started a new blog. Why have two blogs? Well, the blog that you are looking at right now is primarily where I post my finished artwork. It's an online portfolio of sorts with not much information. The new blog is geared toward teaching how I create my artwork. It's still in it's infancy right now, but my plan is to have lots of free tutorials on how I create my drawings, illustrations and sign projects. I'm really excited about it. There are only a few posts on it right now, but if you want to check it out just head over to my website at .

So what do you think of this idea? Would you like to learn something specific about what I do? Please go over to the new blog and leave a comment! Thanks!

This was a gift I made for a family member. Artwork always looks so much better after you frame it.

T-Shirt Featuring My Wine Label Art

Back in 2008 I created a piece of artwork for a wine label. The wine is called "The Offering". You can see my original post about it here. Since then I have happily followed the wine maker and the wine as it received lots of positive reviews and even awards. It has become one of the winery's top wines. I am delightled to be a part of all that.

Now there is a new chapter in this story. The winery has decided to sell T-Shirts with the label art on them! I think it's wonderful that they think so much of this label that they would do this. As far as I can tell, this is the only T-Shirt they sell. It's pretty cool if you ask me.

I first found out they were making these because I saw the winemaker wearing one in a picture on his facebook page. They sell for $20 on his website. If you are interested you can check it out . Oh yeah, he sells wine too!

Neighborhood Vineyards

This is a logo that I recently completed for a non-profit called Neighborhood Vineyard Project. It’s a community building vineyard-scaping project for the city of San Francisco. The project is made up of a series of mini-vineyards in the undeveloped pockets of the city.
Here are a couple of shots of the work in progress.

Hey there!

You have discovered my art blog. I post my artwork here as I make it. Hang out and explore for a while.
